Cultivate was founded by Barry Yoeckel, a veteran real estate developer and lifelong wellness advocate who saw a need for something more than buildings—something more human, holistic, and future-facing. What began as a career in traditional development evolved into a calling: to create purpose-built spaces that support longevity, well-being, and conscious connection.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Tennessee and a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Southern California.
